Your domain is yours. It's registered in your name, and if we ever hold it during setup, we transfer it to you free on request.
Launch Sites and Signature Sites include the first 3 months of hosting and Care Essential. They only turn into a paid plan if you opt in, and we send a reminder first. Cancel any plan any time online, and service runs to the end of the period you paid for. You always own your domain and your files.
A 50% deposit starts the build. The rest is due when your site goes live. Prefer three payments? Ask, and we'll set it up at no extra cost.
We design your homepage before we build the rest. If you don't love the direction after two rounds of changes, we refund your deposit.
